当院は、完全予約制です（時間帯予約）。症状の改善等で、ご来院なさらない場合は、webからの予約の取り消しをお願いいたします。無断キャンセルが2回以上続いた場合は、受診を制限させていただく場合がございます。なお、診療は、お待たせする場合がございます。また、診療内容により、前後する場合があることをご了承下さい。無診療処方(医師法20条により禁止）は行っておりませんのでご理解下さい。

また、下記のような行為につきましては、他の患者様へのご迷惑や、クリニックの運用に関わります為お控えください。
・医師、スタッフへの暴言や威嚇行為等の言動
・医師が望ましくないと判断した薬の処方の要求や、医療費の支払いを行わずに立ち去ること
・解決しがたいことに対して執拗に要求し、診療行為を妨害すること
・通常範囲を超えた長時間の説明要求
・クリニック内での無断の写真や動画撮影、ならびにSNS等への投稿　
・その他、他の受診者やクリニックにとって、迷惑と判断される行為、及び医療に支障をきたすと医師が認める迷惑行為等
ご了承いただけない場合は、当院での診察をお受けいただけません。何卒ご了承ください。

A consultation fee is required for each visit, including explanation of test results, regardless of whether or not tests are performed. Test results are not sent by post or email. Based on a notice from the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (MHLW), those who hold Japanese Health Insurance and would like to have consultation in English, there will be an English Language Consultation Fee is required for each visit. Please read the website and make an appointment only if you agree.

In order for the practice to maintain good relations with patients, the practice would like to ask all its patients to read, take note of the occasional types of behavior that would be found unacceptable:
□ Verbal abuse towards the staff in any form including verbally insulting the staff (including SNS)
□ Any physical violence towards any member at the clinic, such as pushing or shoving
□ Taking unauthorised photographs and videos in the clinic and posting them on social networking sites
□ Persistent or unrealistic demands that cause stress to staff will not be accepted.
□ Causing damage/stealing from the Practice’s premises, staff or patients
□　Non-payment of consultation and examination fees
□ Any other behaviour that is considered disturbing to other visitors or the clinic, or any behaviour that the doctor considers disturbing to the medical care.

The Practice takes it very seriously if a member of staff is treated in an abusive or violent way. And, aggressive behavior, be it violent or abusive, will not be tolerated and may result in you being removed from the Practice list and, in extreme cases, the Police being contacted.
